Privacy policy

PostZip is operated by WITTCO, with development by its WITTCOLABS team. It currently provides an internal social content workspace for WITTCO’s businesses and products. Contact support@postzip.app about privacy or stored information.

Information we process

We store brand facts, draft and approved post text, uploaded photos and their descriptions, revision history, and publishing outcomes. When an authorized owner connects Facebook, we process the Pages they can manage, Page identifiers and names, and the access tokens needed for the permissions they grant. Connection attempts temporarily store the information needed to complete account selection.

How it is used

Information supports drafting, content review, selecting the correct business Page, publishing explicitly queued approved posts, and investigating delivery problems. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising profiles.

Service providers and sharing

The hosted workspace and database use Amazon Web Services. Cloudflare provides DNS and website delivery/security. Google Workspace handles support email. Meta receives content and requests when an authorized owner connects an account or publishes. If an owner connects an AI client to PostZip, information returned to that client is subject to that client’s settings and provider terms; optional photo previews require an explicit request. Optional local semantic search processes text on the configured local model service.

Storage and access

Social access tokens are encrypted in the database. Hosted access requires owner credentials and HTTPS. Essential session cookies support access and connecting Facebook; this site does not install advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Infrastructure providers may process technical request information for security and operation.

Retention and deletion

Content and revision history remain until the operator removes them or a verified deletion request is completed. Disconnecting a Page removes its stored access token and cancels queued deliveries. Archived photos remain available to existing posts and history; archiving is not deletion. Backups are retained for up to 40 days and may retain removed information until they expire. Published Facebook content remains on Facebook unless separately deleted there.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of information related to you through our deletion instructions. We verify the requester’s authority before changing business information. We update this page when these practices change.
